Principle:The Center consists of  five working groups: Chemical Analysis Group, Trace Elements and Toxicants Analysis Group, Quality Inspection and Certification Group, Microbial Detection Group, and Microbial Control Group.
Under the guidance of ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, the Center’s chemical analysis and microbial detection laboratories have been accredited by the Taiwan  Accreditation Foundation (TAF) and Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA).  These laboratories provide professional and efficient testing services to the industries. The certificate of analysis from these laboratories have been well accepted by the related organizations inside and outside the country. In addition to chemical analysis and microbial detection, the Center also provides on-site services and develops new technologies for the food industry.
